Because every Pacific Standard item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund. To be eligible:
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
