All Pacific Standard items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment before it leaves our facility.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for any active promotions.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are collected by the destination country.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pacific Standard is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
